EPIC Events is excited for their fourth summer concert announcement of 2023 – Country star Gary Allan will perform live on MIDCO Stage at Essentia Health Plaza at The Lights on Saturday, August 12th at 7 p.m. The doors will open for attendees at 6 pm and opener will be George Birge.
